After receiving your order, we need 1-3 business days to process and prepare it for shipping. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, processing may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays via email.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

 * Express Shipping: $15.99

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all orders totaling $79.99 and above.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and your location.

 * Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing the order.

 * Express Shipping: 2-4 business days after processing the order.

Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or customs delays.

International Shipping

We ship to the following countries: European Union countries, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, and the USA.

The cost and estimated delivery time for international shipping are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees. The customer is responsible for paying these additional charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track the status of your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Delivery Issues

 * Lost or Damaged Package: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@shineandstyle.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue, including filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

 * Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not liable for a refund or reshipment of the item.

 * Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was not claimed at the post office, we may charge an additional fee for reshipment.
