Where is my package?
After you place an order, it usually takes 1-3 business days to process it and 5-8 business days for delivery, provided your order was placed before 5:00 PM. If this timeframe has passed, please contact our customer service.
Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code via email. Please check your spam folder as well, as sometimes our emails may end up there.
Note: It might take some time for your tracking link to become active.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking code you received by email. Simply enter your tracking code on our Shine&Style Order Tracking page to see the current status of your delivery.
I am not satisfied with my package. What should I do?
